Together with a dear friend and colleague, Nicolò, a web and ads marketing genius, we decided to offer a vertical service to the many B&Bs and accommodation facilities on our beloved island.

Project Brief

Prenotazioni No Problem was born out of a market need proven by our past work experience: accommodation facilities lack an integrated solution to manage reservations and marketing with ease. We have found the solution, and our customers thank us for it.

Marketing Strategy

Web design

The scheme is the classic one: optimised and animated landing pages, with explicit statements about our partnerships, customer reviews and FAQs. The style is modern and deliberately friendly, in fact our solutions are mobile first and the first impression online is crucial, in fact everything is taken care of down to the last detail.

Defining the target

Our ideal customer, as a result of the market surveys and tests we conducted through advertising, is between 35 and 65 years old, owns a small accommodation business and is looking for a solution to manage bookings and marketing more easily.


During the months leading up to the summer season, we focused on the most popular resorts on our island, in fact as a first approach it was in our interest to have a direct and conventional relationship with customers. In the future of our project, the format will become replicable and scalable with relative ease.


If I could describe it in 3 words these would be: friendly, professional, reliable. From the naming to the illustrations, right down to the choice of font, we decided not to follow in the footsteps of classic web agencies. In fact, we believe that our strong point is the human relationship, and the real interest in our client’s success, and we have tried to represent this with the utmost simplicity.
